These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jeeves, a product of Draft0 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Jeeves, you agree to these Terms.

Using Jeeves

Jeeves is a memory layer for AI coding agents. It runs inside your own projects and stores its notes as plain files that you own. You are responsible for the content you process with Jeeves and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Early access

Jeeves is currently in early access and provided on an “as is” basis. Features, credit allowances, and pricing may change while we are early. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Acceptable use

Do not use Jeeves to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
